ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Creative Marketing and Trade Manager at MESHKI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s creative marketing strategies and trade initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, overseeing trade marketing activities, and ensuring that all creative efforts align with MESHKI’s brand vision and commercial goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a talented marketing team, and leverage your deep understanding of the fashion and luxury retail industry to enhance MESHKI’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Develop and implement comprehensive creative marketing strategies that align with MESHKI’s brand vision and business objectives.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand equity.
- Lead the weekly Trade Meetings to align all marketing activity in order to meet the customer needs and achieve key business trade metrics.
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with MESHKI’s brand guidelines and reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative marketing tactics and technologies to keep MESHKI at the forefront of the fashion industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, e-commerce, sales, and PR, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and trade initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative marketing and trade marketing within a similar premium fashion brand
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong affinity and understanding of MESHKI’s branding, a passion for the product, and a sense of personal style that can help identify how to sell every product to a specific customer.
- Exceptional understanding of styling and product presentation to ensure that every piece is showcased to its full potential.
- Comprehensive understanding of graphic design and what constitutes a premium look. Ability to direct creative projects to maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics.
