Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order - excluding 'Final Sale' items. Please ensure garments are unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not allow exchanges at this stage.

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, we will email you with your tracking information. Please keep an eye out on your inbox for updates.

Can I update my order once it has been placed?

If your order has not been shipped, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@meshki.com.au for assistance.

The item that I want is out of stock. When will you restock?

The good news is that we have a team dedicated to restocking popular items. Please register your interest via our product page to be notified if your desired item comes back in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship worldwide via our localised sites.

I want to try on your items. Can I visit a MESHKI store?

We currently operate exclusively online. To be the first to know about any updates or in-person events, please sign up to our newsletter!

How do I make a return?

Please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item/s that have been booked using our returns portal.

Can I exchange my item/s?

We do not offer exchanges at this stage.

The M-List

Who can join the M-List?

The M-List is a loyalty program available to all customers worldwide. You will need to create an account and provide us with your email address (accounts need to be linked to an email address) which is where you will receive information about your status and rewards.

The benefits of The M-List will only be available to you only on the MESHKI website which you have an account. I.e. if you are a United States customer and shop on www.meshki.us you will not be able to claim your rewards on www.meshki.com.au or www.meshki.co.uk.

How do I join the M-List?

Joining the M-List is simple. You can join by creating an account here. Joining is free and there are no fees to be a member. Although, to earn rewards, gifts, benefits and offers, you will need to make Eligible Purchases.

What are the benefits of joining the M-List?

The benefits you receive with be dependent on the M-List Tier you are qualified for. The benefits offered in each tier may change from time to time. You can see the current rewards here.

How do the M-List levels work?

Your tier on the M-List program is set out by spend levels of products on the MESHKI website. You will need to spend the below amounts over any 365-day period to reach the tier:

Bronze: $0-$300

Silver: $300-699

Gold: $700-1499

Platinum: $1500+

The value of products that are returned to MESHKI will be deducted from the spend on your account.
