Impeccable service and support beyond expectations
Purchased the Sawyer dress in blue for an important event, unfortunately there was an error in the address which caused the package to be delayed, once I notified the Meshki team of this error their management team and staff went over and beyond to ensure that the package was redirected. Despite the fact that the procedure was new to them, they tackled the issue immediately and with grace. Without their extra input the package would have remained lost. It is important to mention this was done during one of their most busiest seasons. Not only is this dress outstanding, but this incident proves that the team behind the vision is not just limited to sales but cares about the impact and care for their customers. I now consider myself more than a client but an admirer of the level and quality of service this company offers. If you order, rest assured that you are in good or at least caring hands.
